Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted third-party services to run the business:

- Google Calendar — to schedule and manage fitting appointments
- Meta (Facebook) — for messages, enquiries and advertising
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
How long we keep your information
We keep customer and order information for as long as necessary to provide our service, meet our accounting and legal obligations, and handle any warranty or guarantee queries relating to your job. [confirm specific retention period, e.g. 6 years for accounting records]
